Description of Our Classes

AEROBICS: A unique combination of all your favorites for 20-30 min. of low impact high intensity at its best.

UPPERCUTS: Strength all above abdominal.

CARDIO BLAST: 60 min. class consisting of high and low cardio work out specializing in low impact high intensity. Each week will change from uppercuts to below the belt. Hint: You must be there to know.

AWESOME ABS: 15 min. of strictly abdominal work out. Come prepared to have your abs on fun blast. Please show up on time, your abs will love you.

TAHITIAN ABS: This island girl workout will keep your abdominal's bathing suit ready all year long.

STEP: A 60 min. Cardio class with the use of a platform to add variety. At least 30 min. of cardio abdominal and cool down.

SPORT STEP: Same as cardio step but add weight training and sport specific drills.

INTERVAL STEP: Same as cardio step, except your cardio is broken into 3 to 1.5 min. intervals. Tone muscle as you do cardio.

KICKBOXING/SELF-DEFENSE: Combines high intensity punches, block and kicks with power intervals, agility and strength training exercises. Heart thumping music sets the background of this high-energy class where you will learn how to execute kick boxing movement safely and efficiently as well as improve your balance and flexibility. Taking the skills of Krav Maga (self-defense), applying it to your everyday life to be aware. You will leave this class feeling energized, powerful, assertive and ready for more. Come prepared to sweat.

EVERYBODY DANCE: 30 min. of dance – come get your groove on – you never know what you are going to get, but the dancer inside of you will love it.

BODY PUMP: A complete athletic workout that strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles for beginner through advanced exercises. The progression of intensity is accomplished through adding weights to a barbell during the high-energy of this class.
Warning: This class will change the shape of your body.

SUPER CIRCUIT TRAINING: This full body workout utilizes a 10-station circuit muscle conditioning and cardio machines intermixed with conditioning exercises. Focus is on strengthening and toning the abdomen, and stretching to maintain balance and flexibility. Intended for all fitness levels, this is a great introduction and transition to additional weight resistance training.

TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP: If you dare. Sport, endurance, drills and cardio. Sweat 1-1/4 hr. Breakfast required.

CARDIO & CORE CONDITIONING: The best of this 60 min. core conditioning which involves low impact to high intensity cardio and conditioning with the use of breathing techniques and concentration on the core. ABS included.

CROSS TRAINING: Fitness training in different sports, for example, running and weightlifting.

FAT BURNER: A 60 min. low impact, low to moderate intensity cardio class (35-40 min. Cardio alone). This class helps those just getting started or for anyone wanting a great workout. ABS included.

30/30: The class you were waiting for. 30 min. of low impact to moderate intensity and 30 min. of Pilates.

PILATES: If you look to elongate your body, get better posture & strengthen your core, try this 60 min class.

RESIST-A-BALL: 60 min. cardio class utilizing the resist-a-ball. This class performs exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, abdominal workout and total body conditioning.

INTRO TO SPINNING: Curious about our Spinning program, but hesitant to hop on a bike? This intro class will cover bike set-up, spin basics and a sample 30-minute ride. Learn proper riding form and how to incorporate heart rate and mental training techniques. This is a perfect opportunity for you to expand your exercise options and learn a new sport.

SPINNING: 1 hour calorie burning workout. 100% cardio formatted on bikes. If you are looking to gain endurance and stamina while burning over 700 calories an hour, this is the class for you

MOMMY & ME: Bond with your little one as you exercise with love. This class teaches basic fundamentals of agility, flexibility and eye-hand coordination while preparing your child with necessary social skills. Ages: 6 months – 6 yrs.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE TRAINING: Private training is a great way to enhance your training. The sessions are designed just for you. All one-on-one sessions are available for novice exercisers, fitness fanatics and conditioned athletes. Please call the studio to schedule an appointment.
